A validation engineer is an engineer who has the education and skills to handle and work with equipments, systems and mechanics that are used to manufacture products or produce them.   • Validation Engineer is required to use and utilize his/her knowledge about machinery, equipments and systems that are used to product or manufacture products.
  • Validation Engineer must solve all the problems or troubles that may arise with machinery or mechanics of manufacturing goods or products.
  • It is his/her duty to showcase good leadership and perform regular inspections of mechanics and apply mathematics and science to come up with maintenance methods and other ways to improve existing systems.
  • It is the duty of a validation engineer to take care of database entries using paper based methods or computer systems.
  • Another duty is to provide training to new technicians and validation engineers and explain to them the basic duties and works.
  • A validation engineer must also order new equipment whenever required or make sure that all the equipments are up to date.
  • To remain within the budget constraints and take care of equipment components is also a duty of a validation engineer.
  • Other duties include analyzing test results, prepare reports, administer corrections, make suggestions for changes and deal with system malfunctions in a way which ensures maximum productivity.
