  • Training Specialist is required to coordinate with the trainers and different departments and schedule the training sessions accordingly.
  • Training Specialist is required to prepare training procedures and processes.
  • Training Specialist needs to assess the existing training procedures and policies and make improvisations, if required.
  • Training Specialist is required to evaluate the training manuals.
  • Training Specialist needs to observe the training costs and ensure that the training sessions are scheduled as per the budget set by the organization.
