Manage the everyday operations of the Security Department to provide secured environment.
- You will have to demonstrate liability for own professional growth and development, in search of opportunities for continuous learning by attending essential in-services, employees meetings, taking part in educational programs, current literature, and retaining competencies.
- Maintaining and providing documentation of recent licensure, registration, or certification, if mandatory by job description, in a timely method.
- You must select, train, develop, motivate and supervise human resources in a leadership style encouraging to maximum productivity and put emphasis on the service to the department.
- As a Security Consultant your duty would be to contribute positively to the organization’s fiscal capability as well as maintaining awareness of departmental and organizational issues.
- You will have to show awareness of the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial requirements for each age specific group.
