  • He must be a natural networker and a relationship builder. They must build a good relationship with people in the society and try to push the products of the company in those circles.
  • He must either develop or has the ability to develop a well qualified, well diversified client base as that will be mutually helpful in the long run. He must maintain a monthly record of the goods sold and commission will be calculated according to that figure.
  • He must have a natural passion about making a difference in the lives of your friends and colleagues. The more aggressively he increases his network of people around him, the easier it will be for him to increase the sales and hence his earnings.
