  • He is required to persuade the prospective clients to take the mortgage.
  • He needs to assist his clients in completing all the formalities while taking the mortgage.
  • A Mortgage Banking Executive is required to have complete knowledge about the mortgage products in order to explain the same to his clients and clarify their doubts, if any.
  • He is employed with a particular bank and is required to promote its products and services in order to bring in more business.
  • A Mortgage Banking Executive must manage the business in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the bank.
  • He is expected to conduct meetings and seminars for those interested in opting for mortgage in order to provide information required by them.
  • He is required to understand the clients’ requirements and help them select the loan accordingly.
  • A Mortgage Banking Executive is required to inform the clients about the documents required for the mortgage. He may even help them collect the documents.
