A marketing intern is an individual doing internship in the marketing department of an organization and is in the learning stage of their career. They usually have no work experience and are at the beginning of their career in the field of marketing in order to gain skills and experiences. They have to prepare brochures and materials for the promotional purpose of the products manufactured by the organization. They also have to assist in building database of projects and sometimes go on client visits with marketing executives. It is the duty of a marketing intern to develop an understanding of the products and services of the organization.
