Hotel Auditor job duties include monitoring the activities of the hotel staff and ensure that the work is being done appropriately. Hotel Auditors may even be required to deal directly with the guests who visit the hotels. In order to get into this position, one is required to have a degree in hospitality and also some work experience in the related field.

  • Hotel Auditor is required to oversee the work done by the housekeeping as well as other hotel staff.
  • Hotel Auditor is required to ensure that the rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Hotel Auditor needs to see it that the work done by the hotel staff is as per the hotel standards.
  • Hotel Auditor is required to ensure that the various hotel tasks are being done on time.
  • Hotel Auditor needs to keep a check on the hotel accounts and ensure that they are maintained timely.
  • Hotel Auditor is required to see to it that the work is being done as per the budget set by the higher hotel authorities.
  • Hotel Auditor needs to find out the training requirements of the hotel staff and arrange training sessions for them.
  • Hotel Auditor needs to ensure that the hotel equipments being used are appropriate.
  • Hotel Auditor needs to see to it that the various equipments being used in the hotel are being maintained appropriately.
  • Hotel Auditor is also required to handle the tasks of the front desk at the hotel.
  • Hotel Auditor is required to greet the guests with a smile.
