Customer Service Manager Duties
The basic job duty of the customer service manager is to manage the expectations of the customer. The customer may face various problems and you can manage and resolve the issues raised by the customers. The most important part of your job duty is to look after customer satisfaction. It is your duty to see that every customer leaves the organization, happy and satisfied.
Job Duties of a Customer Service Manager
- With your strong written, verbal and active listening skill, you are expected to solve all problems of the customers and see that every customer leaves the organization, dissatisfied.
- Another important job duty of yours will be to act as a liaison between end users and internal telecommunications technologists – translate between both groups.
- You must listen to the customer complaints carefully and try to solve them with a strong, analytical bent of mind. You must ensure that a customer becomes so much happy that he gives repeat orders to the company in the future.
- It is also your duty to satisfy the internal customers happy and satisfied. Your duty may include handling of multi task activities and you are required to have proficiency in computer operations.
