Creative Director Duties
The job of a creative director is to determine the best ways to visually represent the identity of the company. Being a people oriented job, you need to develop high level concepts in making attractive designs. You will have to work with the internal and external clients, make the designs and understand the needs of the client.
At times, we require you to develop visual designs, and at other times, the Creative Director will be responsible for recruiting and managing third party design firms as well as internal design resources.
Job Duties of a Creative Director
- You will have to explain the work to the subordinates before starting a project.
- You must have the capacity to handle a number of projects from beginning till the end of the process. Your major job duty will be to develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and make our brand strategy more advanced.
- You will have to establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs and supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
- You are expected to work with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management. You must work with the internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
