Aeronautics is the science or an art of flight. It has something to do with aerial navigation. Such a lot of work field to handle. This is why aeronautics is sometimes divided into different aeronautics engineers or personnel to handle each area for specialization in order to assure better flight with its passengers as well.

Aeronautics Job Duties

  • Research, improvement and development of design specifications
  • Measurement and improvement of the aircraft performance and all its components and systems
  • Modification of designs and its safety features and the minimization of fuel consumption and pollution
  • Development of repair procedures and the management of schedules for repair and maintenance
  • Creation of new designs and plans with the use of CAD (computer-aided design)
  • Storage and safekeeping of paper work for approved data
  • Management of projects, which includes resourcing and staffing and the management of budget
  • Communication with technical and regulatory advice to clients, teams subordinates, suppliers and other personnel
  • Proper investigation of the aircraft accidents and some related matters
  • Collecting of data and information pertaining to accidents, interpret data and publish reports on specific projects
